Location Restrictions

To comply with country regulations, some exchanges limit access to their data and trading services. If you're located in the U.S.A., this may affect your experience on PANDA Terminal when pulling live or historical data, order book, and trade feeds. Here’s what you need to know:

Binance​

  • Binance.com (global version) is not available in the U.S.
  • Binance.US is a separate, limited version:
    • ❌ Futures data is not supported
    • ❌ Not available in: New York, Texas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Idaho, Vermont

Bybit​

  • Bybit.com is completely restricted in the U.S.
    • This includes both Spot and Futures markets
    • U.S. users cannot access any live or historical data from Bybit

Recommendation​

To ensure uninterrupted access to the full range of services and data on PANDA Terminal, users may consider connecting through an IP address located in a region without these restrictions. This approach can help bypass limitations and provide a smoother experience. However, users should be aware of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using such tools.
