Publishing in community

To share content with your communities, you need to publish your alpha.

After saving a view in the Workbench, Screener, or Dashboard, you'll see a Publish button. Use this to share your idea—either publicly or privately—with your community.

Once you're ready, click Publish to generate a shareable link. Based on your sharing settings, others can view, like, and comment on your published idea or alpha.

Steps to Publish Your Template​

  1. Create and Save the template you wish to share.

  2. Click Publish.

  3. Add relevant details to clearly explain your idea.

  4. Reference any tokens mentioned in your idea to make it easier for others to discover.

  5. Choose your audience—you can publish publicly or share privately within your community.

You can also publish directly from the Explorer section. Make sure you're on the specific route you want to share—this ensures the correct screenshot is captured for your idea.
